OUR STORY
Three decades, one straight line
1992
Next Design founded
Founded in Malaysia and began exporting furniture to the USA.
1994
Expanded to South Korea
Began exporting to South Korea from Malaysia.
1995
Sourcing network extended to China
Began sourcing from China to supply growing demand in the USA and South Korea.
1998
Sukom Commonwealth Games Village
Furnished 3,500 rooms for the athletes’ village — one of our largest projects to date.
2002
Expanded to South Africa
Export network extended to South Africa, completing our reach across three continents.
2010
Refocused closer to home
Shifted focus to domestic projects, sourcing and supplying loose furniture to retail outlets and local projects.
